What is Achieve Arts?

Drama and creative workshops for children and young people, focusing on skills, confidence, and creativity in a safe environment.

Who can join?

All children and young people, subject to availability and a completed Registration Form.

Can new students join mid-term?

Yes, subject to availability and approval by Achieve Arts management.

Booking and Payments

How do I book a class?

All classes must be booked in advance via the Registration Form. No drop-in classes available.

Payment details

Invoiced per half-term

Payment due by the stated date

Late or missed payments may result in withheld services

Refunds

Generally not available for missed classes. Exceptions include illness or injury (at Principal’s discretion). Holiday courses have specific refund rules.

Attendance and Punctuality

Arrival time

At least five minutes before class to allow settling.

Late arrivals

More than 15 minutes late may result in being refused entry.

Health and Safety

Illness or injury

Children should not attend if unwell or injured.

First aider

A qualified first aider is always on site during classes and activities.

 Child Collection and Safety

Who can collect children

Only Authorised Adults listed on the Registration Form or approved emergency contacts.

Children going home alone

Children aged 10+ may go home alone if authorised. Children under 10 must be collected by an Authorised Adult.

Sibling collection

Siblings may collect children if authorised by the parent; ideally 16+ years old.

Late collection

Children will remain under supervision until collected. Staff will contact Authorised Adults or Emergency Contacts if needed.

Shows and Performances

Parent attendance

One class or performance per term. Exceptions may be made for new or unconfident children.

Costumes and props

Provided where possible. Parents may be asked to supply basic accessories or costume items if required.

Uniform and What to Bring

Achieve Arts uniform

Children must wear the Achieve Arts t-shirt, comfortable trousers, and footwear suitable for movement.

What to bring

Water bottle

Hair tied back if needed

LAMDA folder and scripts (if applicable)

Any requested props or accessories

Snacks

Food is not allowed in studios, except during holiday courses. Chewing gum and fizzy drinks are prohibited.

Code of Conduct and Behaviour

Prohibited behaviour

Racist, sexist, or offensive behaviour is strictly prohibited.

Achieve Arts may terminate membership without notice for breaches of the Code of Conduct.
