Karen Kiely

Originally from Cork, Ireland, Karen Kiely commenced her training at the Montfort College of Performing Arts, where she appeared in numerous musicals and plays. She later secured a full scholarship to Laine Theatre Arts, completing three years of professional Musical Theatre training, during which she received multiple awards and performed a variety of leading roles. She also holds the prestigious A.L.A.M. LAMDA Diploma.

Karen has enjoyed an extensive career across stage and screen in the UK, Ireland, and internationally. She worked closely with a leading West End agency, developing strong professional relationships with casting directors and gaining exceptional insight into casting, production, and performer development. For over 15 years, she has shared her expertise teaching drama to children and young adults, nurturing and shaping the next generation of performers. She also serves as a Board Member of AYPA. As Co-Founder of Achieve Arts and Achieve Arts Agency, she now dedicates her work exclusively to shaping artistic vision, professional standards, and long-term performer development.
