Achieve Arts Speech and Drama Clubs combine fun script work, inspiring creativity and exciting drama games to help children develop strong performance and communication skills. Each term students rehearse and memorise scenes and/or poems, with emphasis on projection and characterisation. Students also learn how to create their own script structure and enhance their leadership skills and Team Work.

Achieve Arts provides bespoke LAMDA specific clubs with the aim of providing the students with the skills required to achieve strong results in LAMDA examinations. We provide Speaking Verse and Prose, Speaking in Public and group or solo acting examinations.
Achieve Arts work weekly with students in group settings, to cover the LAMDA syllabus as well as theory components in a vibrant, exciting and engaging way. Achieve Arts students receive excellent results, and many students stay with us to work their way up to the LAMDA Medal examinations and beyond.
Achieve Arts LAMDA clubs are a wonderful way for students to develop public speaking and performance skills, in turn this helps to grow in confidence as they speak in front of an audience as well as in an examination context.

Achieve Arts Musical Theatre clubs are very popular. They are a unique, engaging way for students to combine singing, acting and movement in a musical theatre style. Achieve Arts Musical Theatre clubs provide students with different genres of musicals and an opportunity to develop as performers, Our Musical Theatre clubs combine singing and acting, focusing on skills such as vocal technique, combining singing and movement, breathing exercises, dramatic techniques and an understanding of musical plots and styles.
Each term students combine multiple songs with movement and acting scenes, with an opportunity to perform at the end of term.
Achieve Arts offers musical theatre clubs for Early Years, Key stage 1, 2 and 3.
Achieve Arts use the LAMDA Speaking in Public syllabus and children are able to sit graded accredited examinations in this subject. Children will work on debating skills, learn how to capture an audience’s attention, the importance of using eye contact, use of appropriate body language, speak in an appropriate register and construct an argument.
Children write, structure and create their own speeches incorporating their imagined audiences.
This club is a great way to improve the Spoken Language of children at your school and is something valuable and unique to offer your students. This would be aimed at children of key stage 2 age and above.
Achieve Arts can be a part of your school day and an exciting part of your weekly timetable. We bring our experienced staff to facilitate our workshops to your students either individually or in a group setting to work on their acting, performance and creative skills with an aim to be entered into their LAMDA examinations. We can enter all students in for their exams taking this administration away from the school.
We work with schools individually to create a package that suits your timetable and can offer our classes during school hours, for PPA cover, Lunchtime and Afterschool clubs.
Achieve Arts can also help direct your school productions giving your students a chance to perform in front of an audience putting these skills into practice.
